The small city Vik would be during the summertime probably an idyllic place, but during the wintertime is a real challange. Yesterday and today the weather was harsh in the area, and the effects are visible. Good boots are needed just to walk from the car to the nice restaurant where you plan to have a warm cappuccino.
I believe that the problem is with the parties that should assure the maintenance of the city. The weather was tough everywhere in the south, but Vik was the only place that looked like this:
