Helsinki has an interesting combination of socialist and modern and I think it’s completely different compared to other Scandinavian cities.
I spent 5 wonderful end of April days in Helsinki – the weather was as anyone would expect – cold and sometimes rainy, but I was also lucky to have some sunny days.
In the center there’s this statue of Alexander, a Russian president, who was kind with Finland, that’s why the finnish people respect him.
